Exchanges for Size Issues
If you find that the size of your item isn’t quite right, we allow exchanges for up to two products per order. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit!

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time. If your product is not delivered within 15 working days from the date you placed your order, you are eligible for a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you’re taken care of.

Important Considerations
To ensure a smooth experience, please keep the following points in mind:
a) Color and Print Variations: We take great care in displaying our products accurately on our website. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting, the color or print of the t-shirt or product you receive may vary slightly from what you see online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations based solely on these variations.
b) Order Confirmation: Before finalizing your order, please double-check that you have selected the correct size, design, and color. Once your order has been processed on our end, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
c) Damaged or Tampered Deliveries: If your product arrives damaged, we want to make it right! Please send us a video or image of the damage at durgaclothingco007@gmail.com. If you notice that the package appears open or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance of the package and contacting us immediately at durgaclothingco007@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
